Twin City Transit is looking for safe, dependable, and compassionate drivers to serve passengers throughout the Piedmont Triad.

We value patience, respect, professionalism, teamwork, clear communication, and good judgment. Previous non-emergency medical transportation experience is welcome, but not required. Required screening and training apply.

Full-time: 32–40 hours per week. Pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience. Company vehicle provided.

We provide non-emergency medical transportation. Previous NEMT experience is welcome but not required.

About the job

Drivers check vehicles, use map and dispatch apps, transport passengers safely, and keep accurate trip records. They assist passengers as trained, communicate with dispatch, protect private information, wear company attire, and maintain professional boundaries.

The job includes standing, bending, reaching, and handling mobility equipment in changing weather and traffic. Use approved equipment and techniques. Ask for help when needed. Do not perform unapproved lifts or provide medical care.
